MegaPart (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is a professional productivity add-in for Autodesk® Inventor®, operated by Mirim System Co., Ltd. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your proprietary design data. This policy explains how we handle information and use cookies when you use our software and website.

2. Data Collection and Usage

No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information (PII) from our users.
No CAD Data Upload: MegaPart is designed to operate entirely on your local machine. All operations performed by the iProperty Editor, Batch Renamer, 2D Template Replacer, and Batch Exporter are processed locally. No part of your CAD models, metadata, or intellectual property is ever uploaded to or stored on our servers.
Authentication: The App uses the Autodesk® Entitlement API to verify your subscription status securely through your Autodesk® ID. This process does not grant us access to your private files.

3. Permissions

To function correctly, MegaPart requires the following local permissions:

In-Session Data Access: Accesses your active Autodesk® Inventor® session only to read and update iProperties and metadata. No data is modified without explicit execution.
Local File System Access: Required to perform batch renaming and save exported files (PDF, DWG, DXF, Images) to your specified local directories.

4. Data Security

Since all data remains on your local infrastructure, you retain 100% control over your data security. We do not have access to your designs and cannot share your data with any third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We partner with Autodesk® App Store and Lemon Squeezy for secure payment and licensing. These partners handle billing information according to their own strict privacy standards.

6. Cookie Policy

Essential Cookies: Necessary for secure session management and license authentication.
Performance & Analytics: Used to monitor traffic and improve our documentation and support experience.
Control: You can manage cookies via browser settings; disabling them may limit website or licensing features.

7. Technical Support

Information provided for support is used solely to resolve technical issues and is deleted immediately after troubleshooting is complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

MegaPart is for engineering professionals. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all modified data. Mirim System Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ulsan, South Korea.
